Do I have a claim ?

Yes – If you have been injured in a road traffic accident that was not your fault within the last three years.

Yes – If you were less under 18 years old at the time of the road traffic accident and have not yet reached your 21st birthday.

Yes – If you have lost a family member you may be able to make a claim.

Will it cost me anything ?

Win or lose, you will not have to pay a penny.

All costs are met by us and if the claim is successful our costs are then recovered from the other side.

If you win, you keep 100% of the compensation awarded. If you lose your claim we meet all the costs.
